When my sister lived in Chicago, we always went to Grand Luxe for their beignets and whiskey sauce. But since she and Nate moved, I haven’t had my fix in a while, so I thought I’d try my hand at it. They look nice, but they weren’t the stuff fried, sugary goodness is made of. I’ll take a stab at it on another day.
The plus side is, I think I finally learned how to properly spell the word, something WordPress isn’t apparently aware of.
