The verdict?
I’m glad I tried them, but I doubt I’ll make them again. They were just ok. The bacon didn’t taste bad, but the texture was a little weird in a cookie. It was the novelty that made them interesting. Well, that and it was my bacon-loving friend Jake’s birthday.

I only ate 2! The rest went to Jake. Besides, I think my little guy probably LOVES bacon. 🙂
